Due to mass availability of DVD duplicators and duplication all sales are final. If product is damaged we will replace with same item, if item is discontinued we will replace with similar item. Original item must be returned for verification. From time to time the USPS loses mail it is rare but it does happen. We cannot guarantee USPS we not lose the package in which case Insurance is the sole discretion of buyer. If you would like to have insurance added please contact us within 2 working days of order being placed to add insurance.

If item is shipped without elected insurance and product is not showing delivered by USPS after 90 days of purchase, we will re-ship item for free as a one time courtesy, but buyer must pay for Shipping & Handling.
